Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 2 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Once the item has been shipped, change of mind is not applicable.

Return Process

• To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

• Pack the items securely in the original packaging, along with a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.
• Clearly mark the order number on the outside of the package.
• Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that shipping fees and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.

Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, the return process applies.
